The last time I visited China was in November 2019, and it’s almost been four years since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, I’m embarking on a two-week business trip to Shenzhen city. Following that, I will bring my family to Fuzhou, where we’ll spend the next one and a half weeks, traveling by high-speed train. I eagerly anticipate the reunion with my father, brothers, and sister.

finally arrived at the Grade Hotel, situated in Shuiwan 1979 Square, Shenzhen. For dinner, I opted for a noodle 🍜 restaurant. I decided to try a special dish, the wide noodle known as “Biang biang mian,” a name that proved a bit challenging for me to both pronounce and spell in chinese. The taste is quite rich and nice.
