After 5️⃣ ☀️ days waiting, my macbook pro is back home with new battery pack and new LCD screen. Appreciate the very good service from Apple store.
The staff of genius bar was friendly when I arrive apple store. After asking some question, he just executed a service software to check the status of my macbook pro at background. It took about 10 mins to complete all checking and confirmed the battery capacity is less than 80%. This is eligible to replace. In the same time, I highlighted that there is a dead pixel at the top left side on the screen. The staff vetoed and recored. Then told me that it will be changed. The whole process was smooth. After 20 mins, I leaf and will wait for apple staff to inform for collection once ready.
At the end, my collected my MacBook Pro that looks like a brand new set. Thanks doe the efficient repairs work from apple store . I have them 5 stars ⭐️ rating for service. Thanks again.
