My AirPods Pro, sick🤒 again

Last Friday(25-Sep), the left earbud of my Airpods pro suddenly cannot be connected with my iPhone😢. After checking, I found the left earbud is not charging when put back into the charging case. So the battery of left earbud was flat and unable to be connected to my iPhone.

And I observed that there is a corrosion marks on one charging terminal of left earbud slot in the charge case. It is same issue as the 1st incident that Apple shop replaced the charging case. I don’t know what happen. Actually, I am very careful after the last case. After jogging, I did a clearing and drying action for L&R earbuds before putting them back into the case. So it should not cause this issue.

Luckily, my Airpords pro is still under warranty as I purchase Apple care service previously. So I quickly booked a service appointment at 6:10pm on 28-Sep in Apple Orchard.

Today (28-Sep), I arrive Apple Orchard on 5:55pm. Due to COVID19 measures, I can only enter the shop after 6pm. But the whole process, it was fast and smooth. The Apple staff checked and confirmed the issue is due to charging case. He replaced the charging case and settled my case within 10 mins. Now, my Airpods pro is working well. Thank you Apple.

It is very good service👍. That is why I choose Apple product although the expensive price. But I like the design and service.
